The test capacities of chillers, single phase motors, and 3 phase motors have been built up in the past few years, but the MEPS for these 3 products and industrial boilers have yet to take effect due to the lack of a border (custom) control system for motors and due to the fact that certain custom-made products are hard to certify for chillers and industrial boilers.
